## Find My Ring Description
This little app will assist you in locating a lost Oura ring by searching for its Bluetooth signal. It saves you from dissecting the vacuum cleaner or combing through your high pile rug. 

The official Oura app recently added a feature, having the same name as this app, that can help you find a lost ring by displaying its last known location on a map. In contrast, this app provides a Bluetooth signal strength indicator, which is much more helpful when your ring is lost under a roof.

The directions say to disconnect the ring from the Oura app to make it findable for this app. I did that, it didn’t work, and now I cannot reconnect it unless I put it on the charger (But it’s lost) so now I can’t even get the original feedback from the Oura app anymore.

This app just saved me. I took my ring off at the gym to weight lift and put it in my loose gym shorts pocket like a knucklehead. 

Returned home and realized it was gone and drove back in a panic. I tried the locator within the Oura app to no avail and was losing hope combing the gym. I then searched Google for assistance and came across this app. I received no signal inside the gym and thought for sure it had been stolen and started walking back to my car in defeat. That’s when I received a signal and found it in the parking lot where I assume it fell out while reaching for my keys. 

You saved me! Thank you very much. I can’t recommend this app enough. I would be down 400 bucks without it’s help

I never rate apps. Normally I don't pay for apps either. In this case I made both exceptions. I bought a brand new Oura ring last month and I have been doing construction in my basement. I was cleaning up after painting and for some reason my ring got caught on the painters tape when I was pulling it off the walls. As you can imagine, huge balls of tape wadded up and thrown away.  At the end of the day I couldn't remember where I took my ring off and spent hours looking for it. I never would have found it without this app. This app was a hot/cold style ping that got stronger the closer I got to it. Needless to say my ring was in the bottom of a dumpster in a trash bag wadded up in tape. This app saved me 400 dollars.

I lost my ring when I took it off to do something messy with my hands and the Oura app only said it was in my house. Thank God for this husband who created this app to help find his wife’s ring because it worked!!  It was in a random pocket of a sweater I was wearing, at the bottom of my laundry basket. I had searched the clothes several times before but it was tucked in a corner of the pocket. I feel naked without my ring and was sad at the thought of having to spend hundreds to replace it. So thank you!! This app works!

Was able to find my misplaced ring after looking all over the house without luck. Used the Aura app to narrow down the location to my room (if it doesn’t connect you’re too far). Closed the app, then used this app to dial in and find the ring in my clothes hamper! App was free but left a little tip as thanks!

I was skeptical since other Bluetooth trackers had not worked for me. This is specifically for Oura and it found my ring!
It did not work for me at first. I know you need to be disconnected from the Oura app, but make sure to also disconnect from Bluetooth or it won’t find it. Thank you thank you!!!

I lost my ring cleaning house, and I had been in every room and closet, all over the house including garage and backyard. I kept trying the Oura app to connect, but no luck. Found this app on Reddit and it saved me! My ring was 2 feet back up under the oven/stove. I believe the Oura app needs a higher signal strength before indicating any connection. This app began showing signal located at least 8-10 feet away, and under the all metal box of the stove.

Thank god for this app!! After leaving my ring on the bathroom counter, it took me about 30 minutes to realize it was gone… I checked ALL OVER the bathroom, in the trash, even in the ring catch drain… nothing… then I saw my sweet kitty giving me the eyes… did she EAT my ring?? There’s no way!!! Or is there?? I looked for over two hours, before turning to Reddit. Someone shared this app was more accurate than the in app one. After not even 5 minutes, boom!! Not in my cat…

I lost my Oura Ring Gen 4 while playing ball with my sister-in-law’s dog. Three of us were searching for hours.  I started googling and seeing other options. We tried metal detector apps with no luck. 

Downloaded this app and was able to find it with the sensor system which I was amazed. 

I left the biggest tip option.

I lost my ring in my house and tore everything apart looking for it. The other Bluetooth search apps picked up ALL Bluetooth devices in my home and were confusing to use (many devices were just a random string of numbers), but didn’t seem to pick up the ring at all. This app helped me locate my ring in the bottom corner of my duvet cover, which I NEVER would have found without the app. Just close out the oura app before you use this one! 10/10

Ring slipped off my finger yesterday and all the Oura app could do was tell me “last seen in your house”. Weirdly the signal was so low it only registered momentarily and then disconnected again so I had no clue where to trace it. 
This app allowed me to pinpoint the location through signal strength and after 24 hours of failed search I was able to find it. 

Highly recommended and so worth the tip to the developer!!
