you want to lose weight. i want to nap. somehow we're doing this together.

WHAT YOU GET (because you asked)

• meal logging, you tell me what was in it. i'll estimate calories. you can fix it if i'm wrong. log the same thing again in one tap because humans are predictable
• daily calorie & water targets from a plan that actually fits you
• workout logging, pick an activity, tell me how long. i'll guess the burn. your watch can override me. i'll survive
• weekly weigh-ins. not daily. i am not a scale bully. trends, plateaus, gentle reality checks
• Log as many habits as you want. tick them from home. i pretend not to notice
• Badges, because we all like that pat in the back. If you deserve it.
• I evolve as you log workouts and hit milestones. yes, i notice if the scale doesn't move. i'm not impressed by vibes
• vacation mode: pause workouts. freeze the streak guilt. keep logging food and water like a responsible adult on holiday
