I paid money for the service, and not for a boorish and defiant attitude towards myself. If a company has sunk to the level of racism, it is worth taking care to stop selling tickets to anyone who, in the opinion of management, is not worthy of the “honor” of being among the passengers. and of course it is worth paying attention to the shaking hands of the flight attendant when talking with a Russian person, since in an emergency, the flight attendant will not be able to control her emotions, which is unacceptable and unprofessional. I eat a lot at work, and this is the first time I’ve encountered this. disappointed...

My partner paid for a cat&extra luggage(full sum paid off from the cart in one transaction). On registration desk they told us the cat payment didn't proceed AND THE MONEY WILL BE BACK in several days so we paid once more. There more than a month passed. The money never returned and support doesn't answer. It is called a FRAUD. You should fire your software engineers and implement your booking-payment system from the zero.
No apple wallet support

All of course well, but very like would Russian language. On the official website it is, and in the application unfortunately not (((It would be very good if added Russian language.
Booking isn’t accessible
XR, 12.4.1. Window with booking feature is blank. A few days later it works.
Отвратительно.
Приложение написано на «отвали». Подтверждение бронирования на почту не отправляет. Сохранить как pdf тоже нельзя. Разработчиков и тестеров желательно уволить, а билеты бронировать строго через сайт что бы не тратить нервы.
