Officially the worst flight app. Didnt let you check in although I have the correct surname. Talking to the person on the phone is even worse. Mcm cakap dengan mamak jual roti canai.

1st time booking a Firefly flight on the mobile app & it was completed with ease.

The app works fine until I was force to update it on 5 Dec 2024. After update, I cannot even complete a single check-in. It keeps saying error. Even after I perform web-check in.. i try to view boarding pass in the app but still error persist. I had try uninstall and reinstall the app. Problem still the same. Error Please check it!!!

Need improve system control to new design from old app.

The Apps does not take into account of the age of the child who would be 2 or older on the flight date while rejecting the booking of a person based on the birth date that works out to be less than 2 years old on the booking date. Should look into this that caused unnecessary anxiety on an otherwise pleasant experience of using this wonderful apps.

Much easier to buy a ticket from your phone. Just login to your firefly account. Not more then 5 minutes you will get the ticket. More confidence to buy from phone app.
