Great for all phases of life
Thank you Courtney for such a fabulous workout app! I love the options you provide for all different lengths of workout and focuses - no matter what I’m looking for I know you will have a workout to suit my needs. Being pregnant now, it’s so nice also having options that I can do during this new phase of life and know I will love the postpartum workouts in that next phase! I love that everything is efficient but still effective, I get sneaky sore from the workouts even though they are never a huge time commitment! Love FFM!
