Power Sync: Fitness to Health

The app didn’t work for me - wouldn’t sync my data despite having the most up to date version and following all troubleshooting steps. Also advertised in the App Store as “auto sync” - but you have to manually click to sync the data over. Requested a refund as it does not work as intended/advertised (or at all), but declined. Absolute waste of money.

Didn’t sync my steps at all

I downloaded this yesterday and paid £20 for the premium version. I have triple checked all permissions but nothing is syncing. Apple Health has my heart rate as 110bpm and steps at 300 while my Fitbit says 65bpm and 3000 steps so far today. Wish I’d checked the reviews properly.

App needs instructions. Nothing working and costly to buy. How do I contact support. I have emailed.

Can only add steps, everything else you have to pay for. Waste of time signing up.

Paid for pro only to have 30bpm show for every single day. Sync doesn’t work and even extends the 30bpm reading to December of this year which is 4 months away. Waste of money

Downloaded the app yesterday and set up subscription to pay. Everything worked ok. Today when I tried to sync it said I wasn’t authorised and had to log in. Seems reasonable but nowhere on the app to log in? I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app but still having issues. Seriously unimpressed, especially if I have to do this every day!

Total waste of time (literally). The only place to find out settings etc. is YouTube. Fitbit information is worse than useless.
