Not Russians language, not try mode.
The idea of this app is great, you’re supposed to not bother about your gym routine and just follow what the app says. But as for me, there’re some critical flaws: 1. The app suggests you to use the same weight for all sets of an exercise. I can’t imagine how to do all sets with the same weight, it needs to vary! 2. It also suggests that you do as little as 5-6 reps in exercises like bench press, up to 8-9 reps in other exercises. You can’t log more reps than that, even if “higher reps” option in settings is chosen. 3. The number of available exercises is very limited. Your routine will be basically the same 3-4 basic exercises which you’re supposed to do week after week. 4. Every time I need to log a set, I have to launch the app (it takes time), choose the routine I’m working on right now, than chose the exercise in this routine. Every time, after every set. Super annoying.
This is an incredible app both for beginners and advanced. The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is because it doesn’t have a dedicated glute section for exercises. Right now, glute exercises fall under legs. I would also love to see the exercise library expand as it doesn’t seem like any new exercises have been added in the months that I’ve had the app. For instance, there’s only a seated good morning exercise but no standing one or wide legged one. Banded glute exercises and mobility stuff would also be helpful!
I love this app. It’s straightforward to anyone who just wants to lift, for as long or as short as you want, heavy or light, you can modify the workout however you would like! Very easy to use, would recommend 100%!

The app is pretty good. It had a bug issue for a week and I reached out to customer service— they fixed it within 24 hours and responded immediately.
I really love this app. I’ve been using it for months and it has made things approachable that I wouldn’t have done on my own, and I love being able to track my progress. For an improvement, I would love to have the option to add my own items that aren’t in the prebuilt list. It obviously wouldn’t have all the detailed instructions and visuals, but it would be really nice to be able to add a custom workout where its like a blank template where I can enter the name, # of reps, weight etc. so that I can include some of the things I do that aren’t preloaded. That would keep me from having to track or list out my plan in two different places.
I love this app! It has helped me workout and keep everything organized in one place, but lately it has been having many issues. The app will take a long time to add or replace a workout, in fact today I couldn’t use the replace/add feature because the app takes a long time to load and doesn’t even update to the new workout.The app will not let you finish the workout until you attempt a lot of times to hit the finish button. I contacted support team and I am waiting on a response to my issue.The bugs are a lot at the moment. We need a new Update!
Been using the app for a while, purchased the annual AI subscription. The app organized a workout plan which was great, eventually I changed which muscle group I’d like to have each day and the app will still suggest wrong muscle groups on wrong days. Also whenever I try to add a new workout it will get stuck on the loading page till forever.
