Все что нужно для записи тренировки есть в программе.

Пользуюсь приложением годы. Купив apple watch обратил внимание разработчика, что замеряется пульс во время тренировки моментами через 3-5 минут, в итоге график выглядит точками. Прошел год, баг не пофиксили.

С последних обновлений программа абсолютно не хочет дружить с часами, синхронизации нет, либо там все стирается либо на телефоне. Бред, раньше была крутая прога, но видимо пора ее менять. Больше пользоваться сил нет. Upd: 04.08.24 все та же ерунда, синхронизации нет. Да еще и тренировки могут пропадать. Советую скачать, что-то другое

Программы тренировок по подписке удачное Г
Взял тестовую неделю, чтобы посмотреть, какую программу тренировок мне пропишут. Результат — хуже всех ожиданий: противоречит всем современным подходам к тренингу. А в описании некоторых тренировок пишут ерунду, которая может быть опасна травмами. НЕ ПОЛЬЗУЙТЕСЬ программами тренировок!
