Export a ride as a FIT file from SuperCycle (or any bike computer), share it with FitSync, and it lands in Apple Health as a full work-out — with the route on the map, distance, calories and, if you paired sensors, heart rate, power and cadence.

WHY FITSYNC
- Never duplicated. FitSync identifies a ride by its start time, not its file name. Share the same ride twice or re-export it, and you always get exactly one work-out. No inflated weekly totals.
- Yours alone. No account, no server, no cloud. FitSync runs entirely on your iPhone and writes only to Apple Health. Your health data is never shared, sold or used for advertising.
