I have been using Flash for almost three years now, and I would like to share some bugs I've encountered and suggestions for improvements.

1. Payment requests do not disappear even after they have been accepted. They remain visible even after refreshing the app, which has led me to accidentally accept the same request twice due to this issue.

2. Please add the description section before accepting a payment, or include it in the request acceptance box. Currently, the details are only displayed after the payment has been accepted, and it is important to know what payment we are agreeing to beforehand.

3. Introduce a "Sent Request History" button. Once we send a request, we cannot track its status until the recipient accepts it. This applies to individual requests, not group requests. If we could view the status of our sent requests (accepted, rejected, or pending), it would greatly enhance our user experience.

Either they should do it via an online call or should atleast get a representative come to your place as frimi does.

Since the last update whenever I do a transaction or a transfer the app just crashes and closes. Then tried uninstalling and reinstalling. After that the app crashes when I try to log in. Pathetic support from apps side.

1. The app consistently closes after each transaction, which is quite inconvenient.

2. Additionally, I've experienced multiple instances where account transfers have doubled the intended amount. For instance, I attempted to transfer 500/=, but the app transferred 1000/= instead. This issue has occurred frequently for me.
