Since the last two updates, I can no longer view my receipt. I’ve submitted issues to helpdesk and still haven’t received a reply. Emailing helpdesk for a refund is also not working

Service à la clientèle exemplaire, courtois et rapide. Excellent moyen d’éviter le gaspillage alimentaire, ramassage facile d’accès. Applications sans problème, fonctionne très bien. Bravo pour cette initiative Flashfood :)

Hello I’m having troubles unless downloading this app - anyone else?!?

Depuis un certain temps on nous facture des frais de service, c’est complètement aberrant. On trouve toujours le moyen de nous refiler des sommes additionnelles. De plus, il arrive que les stocks sont écoulés et nous devons contacter le service à la clientèle pour un remboursement alors que le magasin est incapable de nous rembourser ou d’annuler l’item, c’est un processus ardue. Les photos ne reflètent pas toujours bien l’état des vivres, dont les fruits et légumes.

I live in a rural area, 37kms from a retailer that uses flash food. Whenever I open the app it tells me there are no flash food locations within 2561kms of me. In fact there are thousands in that range. In order to select the retailer I must zoom into the location in the map (and the retailer location name is also incorrect on the map) and about 50% of the time it allows me to select it.

I am posting this because I have just seen a plethora of critical one star reviews and wanted to offer my positive experience. I have this app on various IOS devices from Iphone 5S to Ipad Pro II and have had no issues although I finally gave in and allowed location permission to have an easier time finding my stores which I had been doing manually before. I never received a pop-up or email about the small fees you began issuing last month. I noticed them when I was looking at a receipt once but since they are tiny I’m okay with it as you just started this. If you keep it tiny it won’t affect my purchasing but if they get so big that it doesn’t become efficient then I’ll stop. I would like to ask that you add permanent favourite locations for people as that is the most obvious thing people go to while using it. You also don’t need to find my location every time so the app should default to the last location that was used. You can have another option to search in a new area. It is annoying when you want to find out if your store has anything and you are elsewhere and then you have to manually start manipulating the map to find it. I seldomly get notifications for the locations I shop at but have seen some for other places. I really would appreciate a more informative notice whenever new stuff is posted for the store I frequent the most.

I keep getting an error

The app works ok, and would have received a higher rating if it allowed me to save a favourite store. We only have one store in our city connected with this program, but because I won’t allow it complete access to my location, I have to access & adjust a map each time to find my store. I’m assuming this is intentional to try & force me to allow location. Which I won’t do. Without the above problem, I would have rated them 4 stars. Other than that the app works well.

Dropping my rating (once again) to 1 star. This is because they still haven’t added the 2 basic features i requested below and now they are charging a fee per purchase. The app constantly crashes with communication errors. Those errors aren’t new but now more frustrating because i am paying for those errors. If you are charging to use the app now, you need to improve the app or it will fail. Previous review: Im dropping my rating to 2 stars because it has been around for some time now and they refuse to add two basic features that seem like common sense. 1. Let me set my default store instead of defaulting to the nearest store. 2. Tell me when new items are added at my default store so I don’t have to keep looking all day. Basic push notifications are a standard of any app. Seems like they just dont care.
