It seems like they still don’t have much cars available for rent. More than half of the car parks have 0 cars available to rent. Can’t even use it if i want to. The cars do seem new and clean though.

I just joined as a member and my details were imported via Singpass. I was surprised to find that Flexar automatically assigned a salutation to my profile, yet provides no option for users to amend or change it.

The issue is not the specific salutation chosen, but the fact that personal profile information is being assigned without giving users any control to correct or update it. This is a basic user experience and data accuracy issue that should be addressed.

Attention to such details contributes to overall confidence in a platform. Users should be able to review and amend profile information that is displayed under their account.

Pro - clean & convenient for point A-B return. I think flexi location is the only selling point.
Cons - App is poorly designed. Bad UX. Couldn’t tell if electric or not as battery icon is used for petrol cars instead of fuel pump. No filter feature to search for electric or hybrid cars. Search field prompts car/location but results show only locations. Drove for over 2h and compared to GetGo, Flexar is 70% more ex than GetGo. Not competitively priced. 

Mapbox map is really poor.

Everything is great. I am just unable to sign up because of experience in high demand therefore i am unable to sign up.

The cars are neat and clean. I loved the point to point idea of Flexar, just remember to reserve the parking lot at the direction you’re headed to. 
I recently left my bag in a car, and I had already ended my rental. Luckily, I could rebook the same car, retrieve my item and lock the car again, without any booking or rental fees!

Super convenient for getting around the city. Love the A-to-B feature, no need to return the car to the same spot. The app is smooth, cars are clean, and pricing is clear. Great alternative to owning a car.
