cheap to rent, gets the job done, there needs to be improvement in the app

Can’t log into my app because I’m not getting verification codes but I’m being charged for the booking. The support is horrible. No responses to phone calls or email. I think this company is going down. Stay away!

As someone who has worked in App Development, first and foremost - new Developers and QA/Testers/Analysts are required. Here are the issues: - The vehicles aren’t always where they say they are - When booking a vehicle, sometimes the app is on its own time and will actually book a vehicle at some other time which you didn’t even intend to book. - When ending a booking, the app glitches out and then causes you to get overcharged. - I’m assuming the batch file from the start of booking images aren’t being compressed to the database, so that also could be causing start of app glitches. - The app keeps forgetting you have a booking, which means you have to keep restarting the app. - The character validation is so poor at login, it thinks your email address is words, you can’t just type your email in. - The date/time scroller is super buggy (hence my comment that the app is on its own time) - The financial aspect is horrendous, the amount the app just overcharges you due to the bugginess of the app is something that needs to be investigated by AFCA - I’m sure there are customers owed $100s Bottom line, fix your app or revert back to pre-May 2023.

Flexicar is a great product. But their app is frustratingly useless. I can’t even log-in to the app today. I keep getting log-in codes via sms but the app won’t progress past the log-in screen. They’ve had so many issues since launching their new app a year ago that I’m surprised they’re still in business. You need the app to access the car you’ve booked. So continuing this business is virtually useless.

They need a better app developer obviously

Easy to book and extend my reservations. I use this app on a weekly basis and have never had any issues.

App constantly crashes when trying to open it. Very difficult to gauge how long you can book the vehicles as well as where they actually are. The customer service is poor as well. Avoid at all costs.

This is just plain bad. When I open the app it keeps asking me download the app and directs to the app page where’s it says it’s already downloaded.

Wasted paying for this membership My membership wasn't approved for two weeks (website says up to 72 hours). Tried dialling customer service, their membership line is always closed. You have to call the booking line to get redirected to membership. After my membership was approved. My account stopped working in the app and i basically couldn't rent anything Seriously
