Flow Sync imports your FIT files directly into Apple Health, effortlessly. — IMPORT YOUR CYCLING SESSIONS Flow Sync reads your FIT files and adds them to your Apple Health history in seconds. Power, cadence, heart rate, speed, elevation, GPS route: all your cycling data is preserved and available in the Health app or the Fitness app. Flow Sync also imports the heart rate recorded during your ride, whether it comes from a chest strap, a sensor built into the bike, or any other accessory compatible with your e-bike. — CREATE OR ENRICH Two import modes to fit your needs: • New workout — Flow Sync creates a complete cycling workout in Apple Health from your FIT file, with all available data series. • Enrich an existing workout — Already have a workout in Health (logged manually, via Apple Watch, or another app)? Flow Sync injects the missing data from the FIT file: power, cadence, GPS route, and more. — CHOOSE YOUR DATA Before each import, Flow Sync shows the data found in your FIT file: power, cadence, heart rate, speed, distance, GPS route, active energy… Pick what you want to import and leave the rest out. Your choices are remembered and applied to your next import. — SUPPORTED DATA Flow Sync imports the data available in your FIT file — all of it, or only what you choose: • Power (watts) • Heart rate (bpm) • Cadence (rpm) • Speed • Cycling distance • Elevation and elevation gain • Full GPS route • Calories (calculated from power) • Pauses and resumes — FIT COMPATIBLE Flow Sync is compatible with FIT files generated by major connected cycling apps, including Bosch eBike Flow. — SIMPLE AND FAST Open your FIT file from the Files app, from the Bosch eBike Flow app, or any share sheet — Flow Sync handles .fit file association. A few taps, and your ride is in Apple Health. No account, no sign-up, no subscription. Flow Sync respects your privacy: your data never leaves your iPhone. ## Flow Sync Screenshots - [Screenshot 1](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/2c/ab/17/2cab170d-adb4-57c1-d354-3120729881b7/iPhone_17_Pro_Max-00-FS-EN.png/1320x2868.png) - [Screenshot 2](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/d8/84/de/d884deec-b601-48ee-ca90-3c8b6ac78cdb/iPhone_17_Pro_Max-01-FS-EN.png/1320x2868.png) - [Screenshot 3](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/a5/7a/32/a57a3253-c395-9d30-25c7-54d7c8de35b7/iPhone_17_Pro_Max-02-FS-EN.png/1320x2868.png) ## Flow Sync Rating Breakdown in Австралия - 5 stars: 0 (0%) - 4 stars: 1 (100%) - 3 stars: 0 (0%) - 2 stars: 0 (0%) - 1 stars: 0 (0%) ## Flow Sync Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Топ платных | Австралия | Health Fitness | #67 | | Топ платных | Румыния | Health Fitness | #221 | ## Flow Sync Available In - [Германия](https://apptail.io/ru/app/flow-sync-rad-in-health-WQVy/germany) - [Соединенные Штаты](https://apptail.io/ru/app/flow-sync-rad-in-health-WQVy/united-states) - [Великобритания](https://apptail.io/ru/app/flow-sync-rad-in-health-WQVy/united-kingdom) - [Австралия](https://apptail.io/ru/app/flow-sync-rad-in-health-WQVy/australia) - [Китай](https://apptail.io/ru/app/flow-sync-rad-in-health-WQVy/china) - [Колумбия](https://apptail.io/ru/app/flow-sync-rad-in-health-WQVy/colombia) - [Чехия](https://apptail.io/ru/app/flow-sync-rad-in-health-WQVy/czechia) - [Дания](https://apptail.io/ru/app/flow-sync-rad-in-health-WQVy/denmark) - [Австрия](https://apptail.io/ru/app/flow-sync-rad-in-health-WQVy/austria) - [Франция](https://apptail.io/ru/app/flow-sync-rad-in-health-WQVy/france) - [Хорватия](https://apptail.io/ru/app/flow-sync-rad-in-health-WQVy/croatia) - [Исландия](https://apptail.io/ru/app/flow-sync-rad-in-health-WQVy/iceland) - [Литва](https://apptail.io/ru/app/flow-sync-rad-in-health-WQVy/lithuania) - [Люксембург](https://apptail.io/ru/app/flow-sync-rad-in-health-WQVy/luxembourg) - [Латвия](https://apptail.io/ru/app/flow-sync-rad-in-health-WQVy/latvia) - [Мексика](https://apptail.io/ru/app/flow-sync-rad-in-health-WQVy/mexico) - [Словения](https://apptail.io/ru/app/flow-sync-rad-in-health-WQVy/slovenia) - [Эквадор](https://apptail.io/ru/app/flow-sync-rad-in-health-WQVy/ecuador) - [Азербайджан](https://apptail.io/ru/app/flow-sync-rad-in-health-WQVy/azerbaijan) - [Бельгия](https://apptail.io/ru/app/flow-sync-rad-in-health-WQVy/belgium) - [Болгария](https://apptail.io/ru/app/flow-sync-rad-in-health-WQVy/bulgaria) - [Чили](https://apptail.io/ru/app/flow-sync-rad-in-health-WQVy/chile) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io/ru) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
