The First National Bank App allows you to bank when and where you choose.
We have transformed your banking experience with enhancements. This comes with this new look and feel, it’s helpful, easy and safe.

Simple straight – forward navigation to make it easier to find what you need, when you need it.
Switch between multiple accounts and user profiles? No problem!  Switch seamlessly between different user profiles by selecting profiles on the accounts home page navigation. 
Introducing RTGS! Complete your Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS) transactions for all your local payments and transfers with ease. 
Statement – Access your First National Bank statement(s) in real-time. It’s that simple.

It is frustrating to think that this new app was to replace a well functioning application (the old one). The annoying thing is you don’t get notified when a feature is down or an upgrade is in progress. These notices are standard. Please improve on this. If the feature is not ready, please don’t roll it out and if you have to do at all cost, notify all users. Thank you.

The app doesn’t have a customer service feature and one moment you can make transactions the next moment the app is down and no notification from the bank stating a downtime.

The most useless bank app I’ve ever used in my life. One moment it’s working, another moment it’s not. I don’t know what exactly the vision was when the bank decided to put this completely bad body of work out into the public domain. Fix up because there’s only so much patience one can have when it involves money. Regressing while other banks are moving forward is just so 🥴🥴

i’m actually unhappy with this app, the old one is way better. why is the passcode only the necessary means to access the app? what’s the essence of the username and password? i hope more features will be added to this app? hopping unto a new app should have been way better and nicer to navigate. no notification when one us made transactions or has been credited. i’m assuming you’ll do more since you guys are trying to ensure everyone migrate to this new app.

I never thought I would leave a negative review like this as I am usually very measured.

This is the worst banking app I have ever used to the point that you are probably about to lose me as a customer.

I single-handedly have brought not less than 10 family members to FNB due to how good the app experience used to be.

Now, I cannot do simple transactions. They fail all the time. I have enabled notifications but don’t get any at all. I noticed my balance had changed this morning but there are no corresponding transactions to explain it in the records. What if someone is stealing my money.

I want a statement that shows if indeed my full balance was even migrated from the old account but I have no way of seeing that.

This is a failure of epic proportions. Who authorized this?

The new app is good and quite simple to use but doesn’t look pleasing to the eyes. It needs more graphics, more designs and colors. Work on that in your next update. I’ll rate the app 3/5 just because of that

Why replace something that works with something that does not even understand the task? This app has less features, terrible user experience, terrible security measures in place e.g. you cannot block your card, you cannot change your card limit, you are not connected to mobile money, you cannot buy credit or data, your data history is lost 😩, you just want to scream when you open the app. Like I said - nightmare.
