FONGO INTERNET USAGE
When you're connected on a call, Fongo uses 0.5 MB per minute, so a 500 MB data plan will get you 1000 minutes of talk time. If you're calling on WiFi, you can call nearly for as long as you'd like. When you're not on a call, Fongo uses a minimal amount of data to listen for incoming calls.
IMPORTANT
• Support Devices: iPhone (iOS 13.0+), iPod touch (iOS 13.0+), iPad (iOS 13.0+), Mac (MacOS 11.0+)
• To use Fongo World Edition, you must have an active internet connection (cellular data, WiFi, or wired) and you must create a Fongo World Edition account. If your data signal strength is weak or your connection speed is slow, this app may not function properly.

Can’t register 😳
I have been trying to register for the last three days to no success! It lets me finish all the steps and then in the end displays an error saying “you must register from within the Fongo world edition app”. Where have I been trying to register from??? The app says to go to the app and I’m in it! What am I missing?
Laggy
Please do something about the lag issue. Actions I try to take by pressing buttons in the app have a considerable delay.
No connection unless on WiFi
This doesn’t work on data, only WiFi. It’s absolutely useless. I’ve missed so many calls from people and miss so many opportunities due to a lack of connectivity. It makes me sad as I purchased this for my move to Canada. Even now I’m in country, I don’t receive calls unless I am again connected to the WiFi! Could I have a refund please?
Authentication failed
With the latest update I keep getting a notice in the app that the authentication failed. Keeps trying to reconnect but fails each time. No idea how to fix it.
Receive Calls
Fongo App doesn’t receive calls??
App cannot receive calls
Can I get a refund please. I have tried severally and I can’t receive calls. I have even tried the suggested solution and it isn’t still working.
Doesn’t work, plain and simple.
Looks like I’ll be requesting a refund as incoming calls have not worked. The number is simply not live (even after waiting a couple of days). Shame, this was possibly a good service back in the day.
Rubbish
Waste of money and does not work. Requested refund. I supposedly got a Canadian number but calls to it did not work at all. Don’t charge money for an app that’s broken.
Rip off
5£ doesn't include texting (not even receiving) and still have to see ads!!!
