You people are horrible horrible people. I was left stranded without the food I ordered. Due to no fault of mine and then you credited my wallet, so that I can buy food by force. I want my money transferred to my account and you are saying it’s company policy to wait till next year to get my funds. If you delete this comment, there is no shortage of YouTube accounts I can and will create. I need my money
I am highly disappointed in the service you guys are providing. Why will something be unavailable yet you still leave it and allow people to pay for it? You guys will now call after over 3 hours to be saying it’s not available. It is very inconvenient and to crown it all, you will now tie someone’s money down in the app. Once again, I am highly unimpressed. Then do you now know the kicker? These people will still charge you to refund the money to your bank account. Thieves. It’s remaining to carry gun.

Seriously you guys have the most worst customer service imagine texting your customer service and they are reading your text buh not responding is crazy. Confirming transactions are worst I’m always having issues with making transfer in your app stupid app. Using Glovo is better than you guys

The app is buggy, customer support is unhelpful. Poor operations all around. Disappointing
My order took 3hours 15mins before it was delivered, and I ended up eating cold shawarma and BBQ wings, the meal was spilled because it was not sealed properly, I was very dis satisfied with the service.
My order was not delivered complete, I ordered 4 items from 3 brands, I only got 2 items from two brands separately after much stressing. Now their customer care line is not efficient or ignoring me😡
If you are about to make and order, there is a good chance you order will be cold when delivered. Thanks to a well coordinated lie between the kitchen, delivery man and customer support. This is how I ended up with soggy sharwama that was packed 3 hours before it was delivered. If soggy sharwama is good enough for you then go on and download this app
