FoodHero connects merchants with consumers to quickly sell fresh surplus food that would otherwise end up in the trash. Check for new deals added daily at major retailers like Sobeys, Metro, IGA, Safeway, Foodland, and more!

HOW FOODHERO WORKS

1. Download the app
2. Select your favourite store
3. Check the app for new deals daily and fill up your cart
4. Place your order
5. Head over to your store to pick up your saved food
6. Check out your FoodHero profile to see your environmental contribution!

FoodHero is a wonderful system. I’ve been using it for over three years. The app itself though is buggy. It freezes every so often and I have to delete and then upload again. So while deals are excellent the app needs work.

Decent saving and less food waste with this app. When you will fix the fonction : "View Removed Products", I will give you 5 stars. Right now, this feature is not working, sadly. They still refund you tho, after a couple of days for the missing products. Thanks anyway for the not perfect but really usefull app.
