I just loaded the app yesterday, and I cannot access it. I'm using an iPhone 12 with VoiceOver, the screen reader for the visually impaired. I tried it on my husband's phone first, and I got the same experience as if it was unable to load. Then somehow when I checked it the next day, it loaded and the screen reader was able to read it. I don't know what made the change. But I am unable to load it on mine. The only difference is that his phone isn't iPhone 13 Pro Max. I've noticed on the desktop website that when you want to go to the weekly ads or coupons, it seems to take you to a third-party page. Even if you thought you signed in separately already when you went to the initial page, it seems to want to make you sign in again. Are there now two different sign in places? I wonder if this is kind of complicating the process when it comes to loading the app.
Can’t log in!
I just got a new phone and downloaded the Foods Co app. I am unable to log in and I even just changed my password on the Kroger website. Nothing! I’m looking at other reviews and see that I’m not the only one. Bad updates or whatever. Just not good.
Not accessible to screen readers such as VoiceOver
'I'm visually impaired and using VoiceOver. It doesn't read anything when you tap it.
Does not work
App does not work. I can’t get signed in. I try and gives me an error every time. Says there’s a problem with my email.
Poorly coded.
You would think with how big the franchise is, that they would have quality control on their app. Selecting to see the daily ad, it hardly works ever! Now, it just dosnt work. I’m reminded not to even go to the store when I check the app. It’s already not the best supermarket anyway.
Dead app
This app never connects when you launch it.
Not able to log in
Recently switched over to iPhone. I had a Galaxy Note before and had absolutely no problems with the app. On iPhone however I’m not even able to log in.
Why Advertise If You Can’t Offer
Downloaded the app for the first time today to clip some coupons, but it doesn’t even work. Waste my time.
Cupones
Es muy confuso y difícil encontrar los cupones que uno quiere y salvarlos hasta a los trabajadores de la tienda se les hace difícil
