Try again
Could be useful if its database were larger. I’ve tried to send info for unrecognized foods but after taking all four required photos, I’m always told to “try again.” Developers, try again!
Not working
The applecation is not working Also .. i cant update the app, there is no updates in the app store already!
Great app for public health!
FoodSwitch is not only helpful for understanding the food I’m eating, but getting a better sense of the whole food supply. I’m excited to see updates and growth of this app!
Didn’t scan anything
Couldn’t find anything
Not a good database yet
Nearly everything I scanned was not in the database and the app prompts to “help us out by scanning the info, labels, ingredients etc. Could potentially be a good tool however I wasn’t able to see much functionality since none of the foods I scanned were recognized.
Not working on my IPhone 15 pro max
Is there an update needed with that latest iOS update issued a week ago?
Unusable
I have been waiting for an email to confirm my account for nearly a week. No email has surfaced, not in junk or spam. There is no way to contact the developers to report a bug so I have to leave a bad review here.
Not store-specific
I tried to use this app in Aldi and every recommendation was for items in other stores. This app would benefit from offering a store-specific option. Sometimes I’m not going to shop in three different places and need to know the best options in the shop I’m in.
Gluten Free
I had used this app for Gluten free scanning, the new changes does not let me know item is gluten free only healthy choices, disappointed, as I use to use this quite abit.
