Football Club Management 23, is a football club management game written and developed by real football coaches and managers to give players a realistic day-to-day club management experience, that's full of depth yet quick to play.

This is the only game available that allows you to become a director of a football club or for you to take over and manage a club as the chairman.

Start your career as a Director of Football, either by creating your own club from scratch or by taking on a role at a real football club. Manage all aspects of the club from finances, sponsorships, staff, and player recruitment as you set out your philosophy and vision for the club and look to deliver success to the board and fans.

1. There are WAY more details in this game than I thought. It was about the time I played 30 seasons when I realised I could move part of the funds as wages, and how to increase my tactical knowledge by collecting the achievements MANUALLY. (Maybe make it automatic?)
2. Yeah sometimes unreasonable scores happen. I know these type of games are completely mathematical, but it just makes the players ever so slightly frustrated sometimes.

This game is impossible to win unless you pay. I have attempted 20 different seasons and every time I get a team to the top league, all things in order, squad impeccable, somehow, you just cannot win the league. I refuse on principal to pay for the coaching badge. 

This game was brilliant a few years ago, now a poor shadow of that version. 

Don’t pay for this because it’s clearly not worth it.

The game is really good in most parts, really my only complaint is the pay to win aspects. If you want to be competitive in the top 2 leagues in any nation you need a coaching license at £35. Then in addition the coin currency is just designed to haemorrhage your cash. If you want to maximise your facilities to attract good players you will need to dump millions of coins into it, and though they can be earned in game it’s just nowhere near enough. They’ve made it far more expensive to invest in the finance or facilities compared to last year. A good game if it was priced between £10 - £20 but the developers got a little greedy, so I’ll be buying FM24 for a tenner. Makes more sense to me

Just to have ridiculous results when your side is miles better and your staff then the other teams who somehow finish above you. A complete fix and waste of time.
