The Ford app is everything you need to elevate your Ford journey — all in one place. Access features like remote start, lock and unlock, vehicle stats, and GPS tracking at no extra cost.

· Remote Features*: Get added control with features like remote start, lock and unlock, and more in the palm of your hand.   

· Vehicle Management: Keep track of your fuel or range status, vehicle stats — and use your Phone As A Key — with a simple tap.

· Scheduling Service: Select your preferred dealer and schedule maintenance to keep your Ford running smoothly. 

· Electric Vehicle Features: Check your charge levels, precondition your Ford, and get public charging info all in one place. 

· Connected Services: Activate available trials, purchase plans, or manage services like BlueCruise, the Ford Connectivity Package, and the Ford Security Package.

· GPS Location: Never lose sight of your Ford with GPS tracking.

· Ford App Updates: Updated regularly to give you the latest features and information. 

· Ford Rewards: Access Ford Rewards to redeem points for Ford Service, Accessories, available Connected Services, and more**.

· Over-the-Air Software Updates: Set your software update schedule through the Ford app or directly in your vehicle.

I loved the feature to be able to monitor the current draw on power outlets.  I have a hybrid model with the 7kw generator and I use it often.  I like to monitor the current draw.  Bring this feature back please!

I own a ford explorer and the last few updates has made the app completely useless. I no longer see any information about my suv other than make , model and VIN it no longer shows any information about the health of suv, oil life. Does not show any recalls or even updates my mileage. So the app is a complete waste of time and data

This is absolutely disgusting that this still has not fix for location of vehicle . Not showing exactly where my SUV is parked correctly, address is an hour away . Should anything happen and stolen , location of vehicle is very important and crucial! This is still not fixed for months.  Come on Ford Pass, fix this immediately! 

Bring back the old version of the app as everything works perfectly before this newly updated app. 

I have requested this many times and developer does not listen. Going to file a complaint once again, taking too long to fix it.

Come on Ford developers, this is ongoing issues and your not listening to reviews and complaints.

This is totally disgusting that it still not being fixed after over 2 years!!

The app works great however I feel there is still little thing that can make it better.  1. It does not indicate if the vehicle is locked.   Add a little lock to the status bar to say if it’s locked or unlocked.  2. Ford removed zone lighting control.  Bring it back.   When camping it’s nice to not have to get in the car to control it.  I could before why take it away. 3. I should be able to co top the climber controls and passenger and rear heated seats if vehicle is equipped with them. Other than that I believe this is one of the best and fastest responding apps from any brand I have ever used.
