Forest - eBike Sharing

Unfortunately, I lost more time that I gain with the bike. It’s not convenient in London since there is no place to park, especially in Canary Wharf. The application is also very slow and need to be rethinking

Despite travelling 2 mile with this, i couldn’t park it anywhere since it said it’s a no parking area! Had to come back again 2 miles to end up where I started!

I used this app for the first time. It was a hell to know where to park the bicycle. When I contacted the live assistance, I received little help knowing that the guy asked me to bicycle 6min longer even if there were a parking area 1min away (0.15£/min). They charge 2£ if the bicycle is not parked in their area.

Great prices compared to Lime but horrible app experience. Always crashing. Slow. Hard to rent. Bad map. Frustrating.

They’ve just started including a “service fee” and no longer email you a brake down of charges after your ride. You have to go into the app to find it. This seems a bit sneaky ….

There is a £1.5 minimum charge per day while it advertised itself as absolutely free for the first 10 minutes per day. It is not expensive, but it’s neither honest.

Really enjoying using these bikes this week will be getting more bundles. Although I’m surprised I don’t see bounties being offered for starting a journey on a bike in a red zone seen as there is a fine paid by the people leaving them there forest could easily reward rider ten minutes for starting a ride on a bike out of bounds and ending within!

So inconsistent: from scanning QR codes 5 times until it actually works, to app break downs, not being able to end rides etc. One of the worst built apps I’ve seen in a long time.

Really gone downhill recently. Bikes often broken, app glitches all the time.
