I don’t like the set up of the new app because it doesn’t give us all the categories that are on sale. If I want to check the skirts on sale it doesn’t show the category for skirts

Can you add more filter option’s especially in the sale section eg filter by category >>>>clothing>>>dresses>>>>tops> >>bottoms etc. I don’t want to look through the entire sale when I’m just looking for a top.

It is not easy to navigate

Really bad shopping experience. No back button makes it difficult to navigate. There should also be an option to have your order consolidated into one delivery. I sometimes get 1 item delivered at a time.

Kindly look at your app functionality, if one selects an item to view, there is no back button to back to the list of items in the chosen category. One needs to go back to the main menu select and start browsing from the top of the list. Obviously this impacts on the UX and overall customer experience.

Terrible new update doesn’t have a back function. After I’ve clicked on a item to view then I have to go back to “home” and start all over again to view a list of clothing in a category

Hi! Good app, however with the new version update there is no return button once you click to view an item. I have go all the way back to the start to continue looking at the other items. If this could be fixed please! :)

There is no back button on the app. When you want to go back you have to go right to the beginning.

The new app is not easy to use, there’s no back button so everytime you click on an item you have to go back to the home button and start the search again. It’s also very slow when scrolling down, one line at a time the old app was better I had no issues with it

I am not happy with your courier, RAM. They always deliver my parcels late. I’m expecting a delivery today; but when I track it, they say the delivery was unsuccessful…and I am home waiting for it.
