Several user have been reporting, that they disappear. For years. Me to. Dont write text or verses. 

Page turning with your mouth doesn’t work for me, pages are turning when they shouldn’t or not at all. I have tried everything, sensibility and so on.

### *---- "Syncing doesn’t work"
The synchronization between devices is so buggy and unreliable. It constantly turns off the synchronization (without notifying the user about the deactivation), it makes multiple copies of identical playlists, it makes the whole app slower when syncing (which it does even if you don’t make any changes)…
When reporting bugs, the support either doesn’t care, and if they answer back, it is normally in a very arrogant matter.

“Signal” also doesn’t work properly.. and WHY CAN’T I RESTRICT WHAT I SHARE??? I don’t want my students and colleagues to be able to receive certain files.. however if I want to connect to my secondary iPad, all other persons in the nearby can join in, and “steal” the file!
Also some files contain both score and all parts in one file – when playing together with others, I would like to only share ONE particular part! NOT THE WHOLE PIECE!!!!! Again: HALF MADE AMATEUR PROGRAMMING!!!

I used to recommend this app to my fellow musicians, however the app has not fixed old bugs, and the interface hasn’t been improved significantly since the the app saw the light of day… it has a lot of nice features – but the feature seems “half made” and are full of bugs and bad UI. It is a pain in the b..t to find recordings you’ve made, rename and batch workflows are poorly made. Search engine is running slow and doesn’t show files between libraries… forScore stops the playback of sound clips if you leave the app, and navigating between multiple recordings connected to one document is so tedious.. creating buttons in the score to control playback for rehearsal purposes, are not advanced enough so even though it has a (very limited) functionality, it is just way too tedious to use .. I could keep on the list…

So useful with good sorting possibilities and lots of other things. 
I miss a couple of things:
Since I notate a lot, I wish the app could help getting the writing smoother, as in some drawing apps. E.g. as when the built in apple notes app straightens a line for you when you hold the pencil still after drawing it.
And. 
When trying to play a song from Apple Music I get the message “ Denne sang kan ikke spilles pga. de uloste problemer med systemets musikafspiller pà denne version af iOS.”
This has been a problem for quite a while - as in years - now. But other 3rd party apps can certainly play Apple Music songs - this should certainly be possible to fix.

I simply love the app, but I would like one change. As a conductor of a choir, I often take out the piano to give the notes for the next piece. However, when I close the piano, I am still in the menu view, and I have to press the middle of the screen to get the full screen view. Could you make it a setting that if you don’t want to return to the view with the menu on top, but instead return to the full screen view? It could be a toggle in the settings….

All in all, ForScore works great for me. The annotations can be unintuitive at times, but otherwise it is great. However, as a music student I would very much like to see support for the custom fonts now available in iOS, so I can use my function harmony font for school assignments and harmony analysis. I really hope this feature will be added.

Jeg har i flere år været stor fan af dette program. Det er nemt og enkelt at bruge og så kan det nærmest alting. Dig har der siden sidste opdatering været problemer med, at de noter man skriver ind i noderne, ikke kommer med, nær noden printes eller eksporteres. Det har ikke før været et problem, og håber meget det bliver rettet ved næste opdatering ☺

Jeg har brugt denne app som musiker i 8-9 måneder, og kan med sindsro sige at det er den absolut bedste pdf app overhovedet. Jeg har mere end 900 apps, og denne er blandt de aller aller bedste - den kan bare det hele. Jeg har nok været igennem 15-20 pdf readere, og musik apps, og denne slår dem alle - også goodreader, Irealbook og Onsong.  Og så er den bare nydelig at se på, oveni alt overfloden af godheder. Køb den blot :-)

forScore er så absolut den bedste nodelæser til iPad, især til performance - jeg har brugt den i 2½ år og endnu ikke fået en koncert forstyrret af et crash, og den virker upåklageligt med en PageFlip Bluetooth pedal. Der mangler heller ikke features til øvebrug - jeg kender ikke til en PDF-læser med bedre annotationsredskaber. Den har lidt svært ved at håndtere redigering af meget store filer - det klarer GoodReader bedre - men den bladrer i selv de tungeste filer uden noget vrøvl. Derudover er udviklerne flinke til at reagere - både til support og på feature-forslag.

I feel guilty that I have been using this app for so long without reviewing or rating it.

This is essentially a pdf reader and annotator, but geared to musicians so that you really don't need another place to view your charts on stage or in rehearsal.

All that is missing is the ability to transpose, but as I don't use or need that I don't feel the need to look anywhere else
