Fossil Q Legacy

Is this app still active? It’s continuously showing connection error and won’t let me log in or sign up? Do we still use this for Fossil Q or the newer app?

I loved my watch when I first purchased it. Then it began to lose twenty minutes. I could never get it synced. I finally got a newer fossil watch but it also was hard to sync. I decided to try again and bought another new battery today. It won’t go to the correct time . The hands don’t move with the arrows. My contacts won’t come up to pair with notifications: only other apps are available to pair. I’m really sorry I tried and will not buy another fossil hybrid!

App doesn’t sync with watch anymore. Hey fossil update the app to work with q watch. I’m sure I’ll get generic response and nothing will ever be accomplished by fossil

Watch stopped and I put in fresh battery but there was no response and watch did not vibrate. Tried a second new battery and still no response. Help!

Why I can’t connect my fossil Q grant watch to the new app. But it only connect to the old app fossil Q legacy only .

i have a Q Dreamer and my app says it can’t record my sleeping. very confused why, since i bought it specifically for that. please help. thank you!

I received this as a gift back in 2017 and now just recently set it up. It tracks sleep and steps fine. The only thing I really want from the watch is being able to have three features (like activity along with skip song plus go back to previous song.) I feel like if more customization was added, the watch would feel better. Right now it feels like everything is preset and I’m not digging it.

If I could give this app zero stars I would, I couldn’t even sign up cause it said my connection was bad and when I tried to login it wouldn’t let me saying that I had the wrong password, so when I went to reset it it said I would get an email with my password I did this 3 time and still no email, y’all are real fake for that. If your gonna make an app make it accessible to all and actually usable.

I have no issues with it. I love that it tracks my steps and sleeping habits. Specially love that I’m notified when I get a texts or calls from my loved ones that I set up on the app. I have my phone on silent at work, so it works awesome for me. I fell naked if I forget to put it on when I’m in a hurry. Wish it did a little more, but very happy with it. I bought 3 of them. One for myself and my kids. My batteries are free for life. I just take it in and they change them out no charge, so I don’t know why someone is saying they have to 20 dollars for them and they last for months on end 🤷‍♀️

Update 2: Okay, I have moved back to my Misfit Ray. Uninstalling and reinstalling the Fossil Q Legacy app did help, but not for long. It was quickly back to losing connection with my Dreamer. I really like the hardware, but the software just doesn’t work. —————————— Update: Since the developer was so kind to respond to my original review, I decided to take a look back at other reviews and responses and noticed a suggestion that works for me. It was suggested to uninstall and reinstall the Fossil Q Legacy app and go back through the setup process. I did that two days ago and it maintains a much better connection. I’ve had to open the app a few times due to the occasional disconnect but it is much much better now. Upping my rating. —————————— Original review: I love my Misfit Ray but it is super limited when it comes to notifications. Queue the Fossil Dreamer. It looks really nice. I was too excited to know that not only could I get phone and text notifications, I can get calendar reminders and a whole lot more (although some todo app notification would be nice). Here’s the problem, when it works, it’s awesome. Most of the time, though, it doesn’t. It’ll lose connection and you have to open the app to reconnect. I have done resets, power offs, and firmware updates. Nothing fixes this. And if you’re like me in that you keep you phone completely silent with not phone sounds or vibrations, this causes you to miss calls, texts, and anything else you want to be notified of because the app disconnects and your Dreamer/Reveler simply sits pretty on your wrist without a shudder. I like the simplicity of armbands without screens. I don’t want to tap away at my arm. I just want to be notified when my phone is receiving a message or call that I’m interested in. I thought this was a solution, but the Misfit Ray and it’s accompanying app work much better.
