So I downloaded the app to my phone because it said “get”. Then I open the app to “get started” and that’s when the pricing shows up. How about you put the pricing in the “get” section and be honest about it. I will be deleting this app after I’m done with this review.

No matter what device I use. I cannot sign in. Once I enter my password it will return to the app and do nothing. Password and everything are correct.

Update: works a little better however it still have the traveling issue that after you say you are traveling after a few hours if the app still open(doesn’t matter if you paused or kept playing continuously) the video freezes and only app restart solve it . 

Also, if you have paused live stream and the show ends it doesn’t automatically go to the next one in the channel. 

PLEASE make your app record 2 hours before the live feed (like YouTube tv) so we are able to go back if we missed a show without recording it and let us rewind and forward to the next time slot per the channel.

The main issue I have with the app is the live not continue onto the next one and then I have to go back again to the main menu and press on the show that’s currently playing and then choosing to start from the beginning
And also, the background play doesn’t have an option to rewind or forward As you can see on my screenshot, I just provided One is on my phone lock screen and one from the CarPlay .
If you’re able to fix those two issues, you have a customer forever right now only for convenience from those I’m use YouTube TV app. If you can give me an update if those issues can and will be fixed it will be much appreciated.

Also couple more problems with the app. It crashes and freezes during playback and you can’t resume from last point watched.
Also another problem going back from commercials happened 4 times the past few hours it cuts the last commercial and cuts 15-20 seconds from the show once you back from commercials. 

Contacted Support* multiple times and they cannot even find my account. I’m still on my trial period thru the App Store and then they were asking my card information via email

Initially the app worked ok on the AppleTV. After using for a few days we have encountered the following problem: when we try to play a show programs do not start. Sadly, the app is totally useless.

Out of the gate, the app function is very similar to YouTube or other apps for streaming.  Loading is rather slow, and there are a few issues that need to be addressed immediately:

-Shows that are part of your DVR don't show up until well after the show has been off the air, sometimes as much as 30 minutes, so a show that goes off there at 11 PM doesn't show up sometimes until 11:30 PM.  They should show up as soon as they start.

-DVR shows are not sorted by recently recorded they sorted in some strange manner.

-Restarting a show that is playing live takes several tries.  Sometimes you have to close the app, sometimes you have to change to a different channel.

-Rewinding shows to the beginning, or at the top of the hour isn't always an option. Sometimes it only allows an arbitrary amount of time to rewind.

-The feature for adding a show to your favorites or my stuff is not readily available at the drop-down menu at timeline bar and is awkward.

-There is no way to combine emails, or combine previous subscriptions through Fox, like Fox nation to be added to your Fox One subscription if you previously subscribed on a yearly basis... this needs to be fixed... a simple solution is to allow all other Fox apps to be seen as a 'provider'.

There are some great features, as mentioned in other reviews, split screen Multi view works exceptionally well.

Going all in on a one year subscription is the best deal, but leaves a user hesitant if bugs are here to stay.

Lags horribly. Signs me out for no reason. When I go to sign back in it freezes up. My only recourse is to delete the app from my Samsung The Frame TV and re-download and install.  If this doesn’t get fixed soon I’m not renewing.

This is not a bandwidth issue. Disney, ESPN, Paramount Plus and Prime Video all work flawlessly.

Love the content, but not enough to uninstall/reinstall all the time.

I’m thrilled to have a stand alone app. But this does need work. Navigation is confusing and messy and the streaming quality (sound & video) are not ready for prime time. Especially on TV. Picture & sound on television is a D+. 
I’m going to pause my subscription until this mega-corp can find the funds and talent to make a good streaming app. Good start, but much work needs to be done.
