Fraedom Expense

I am only finding dead ends. There is no intuitive pathway to ultimately submit expense claims to seek approval. I can upload a photo of a receipt but that is about it. Where is the store bait button? Where is the function to link an expense to a project?

Constantly requires resetting. So frustrating

If I wasn’t forced to use this app , I would have deleted it long ago. The app freezes, receipts go missing and PDF doesn’t work. On top of that there is no support available. Whilst end users may not be important for this company, perhaps new business is. If you are thinking of engaging Fraedom , beware!

I travel a lot for my role across the country and have found this App very useful in keeping g on top of my expenses....... BUT it seems that as soon as I have an IOS update, the app no longer works for months until I’m assuming the developers catch up. At the moment I’m still waiting and it’s been 3 months! Frustrating is the word for it. Can this please be corrected as soon as possible.

Need to be able to upload receipts and add notes, descriptions etc to them. If it takes a month to reconcile to the credit card processing, details can be forgotten.

Terrible app. Takes every opportunity it can to crash and burn. Try to log in using pin, won’t work. Sticks on a time out error. Crashes again when trying to upload a receipt. Shocking.

After the latest update the app now closes after every addition of a receipt photo... what an update!

App crashes after I take a photo to upload. Have to open and log in again each time. Painstakingly slow to do my expenses because of this.

Every single time I take a photo of a receipt within the app, the app crashes. Very frustrating!

Continuously crashing after loading a photo, need to login after each photo. This has only started in the last 4 weeks
