### ***** "Really helpful"
I got this app when I was deep in a crash and desperate for any guidance. I binged the sessions for a few days (not super recommended, but they gave me hope), then things calmed down and now I usually open the app once or twice a day.

What I like about it:
- there are different types of sessions, depending on what you need in that moment
- the content is thorough. Every audio session also has a text you can read along with, and at the bottom there’s a list of scientific sources. They’re not just saying whatever, it’s well-researched
- everything is in bite-sized chunks so that you don’t get overwhelmed
- there’s an AI chatbot that’s actually helpful. I am not a fan of things like ChatGPT that people use as if it’s the oracle of Delphi - but the chatbot in the app has been loaded up with all the information that they’re giving you through the sessions. Sometimes when I’m overwhelmed I just talk to the chatbot, it gives me some validation and feedback, and asks if I’d like a session that fits my situation. It’s nice

It may feel daunting to think that your chronic fatigue symptoms are at least partially due to the state of your nervous system. But for me, being open to that has changed my life. I recommend anyone to try it out (they have a money back guarantee anyways), cause for me it started helping on day 1, even if it was just a little. 

This app is not a quick fix or a cure-all, but I’ve found it to be very helpful in reducing my symptoms.
