I hesitated at first but then - fortunately! - decided to do the free trial. Seeing the comprehensive approach freeme takes impressed me. I ended up buying lifetime access, that's how good and helpful I find it. It's based on solid scientific knowledge and methods, combining theory/education, meditation, notes etc.; and the chats with AI Isla are really, really useful and also enjoyable. Tailored to my individual needs and current circumstances.
I wish I had known about freeme much, much earlier in my ME/CFS/Long Covid journey! I recommend it to anyone who's affected by these conditions. If you engage with the app and do it regularly, you'll really see what a difference it makes. It helps with flares too. And calming the nervous system is incredibly helpful and supports healing.
