FREENOW - Taxi and more

The worst experience to find taxi in Catania, Italy. No one driver was found for transportation.

They don't allow Russians to sign up via Russian mobile phones. They discriminate Russians. They are Racists. Don't use this app.

estimated costs are couple of euros less then in bolt, but when u arriving to destination u get charged ~10 euros more then estimated costs. As you can read later it’s bc “black cab” is arriving which using taxi meter instead of the app costs….. happens with me here twice.

Dont recommend this app. They charge extra! Drivers rude and not professional. Greece Athens !

I cannot change prefix of the phone number to login. You click on the other prefix and nothing happens, so only way to login is to use german sim card

Due to unexplainable easiness for the driver to cancel a trip you cannot rely on a timely service. We had 3 drivers cancelling in a row on the same one trip to airport. Eventually we had to search and use another app and were close to be late

Selection of country didn’t work, so I couldn’t change phone number code

The driver TANER ACEMOGLU missed the turn, LIED to us about the closed door, we went extra 8 km, we’re charged extra 22 (together 55) euros for this and FREENOW only returned 15 euros. Why 15? Also before that we took another ride with the same driver, then realised we need to go to another destination. We asked him if you can change the route. He said no, because he has another client. And then we order another ride and we see that he is our driver again! What a LIAR. We paid more than 70 euros for both rides, because of this LIAR we missed our bus and 15 euros is all the compensation we have for such in professionalism. Terrible service, never use it. P.S: below they are asking me to contact them. The thing is - I did (which you can see from the review). The second time I contacted them complaining about the support solution, aaaand they have been just ignoring me for almost a week now. P.S-2: they must be mocking me, because they are asking me again to contact them even though I still didn’t get a reply from them P.S-3: for the third time they updated their reply and asked me this time to write to them (even though they didn’t reply to all previous attempts). And this time they gave me a link that doesn’t even contain a contact form… well, if you really read the reviews - you can just respond my previous request - the number is 14178019
