Je kan zwart op wit bewijzen dat er een fout is gebeurd met hun programma en ze zeggen letterlijk dat je een probleem maakt waar er geen probleem is. Het minste dat je als klantenservice kan doen is uitzoeken waar het probleem vandaan komt in plaats van klanten te beschuldigen (zoals de reactie hieronder). Ik heb na tientallen mails nog steeds geen antwoord op mijn vragen. Ze wimpelen je af tot je opgeeft. De foute prints vergoeden lijkt me logisch en een zeer kleine moeite, maar dat is te veel gevraagd.

Très bonne application ! Les photos sont de bonne qualité, une quarantaine de photos gratuites par mois. Le seul mauvais côté c’est que les frais de port s’emevent a 8-9€.
Après vous me direz que 8€ pour 40 photos ce n’est rien. 
Attention au delà des 40 photos gratuites par mois, les photos en suppléments coûtent 0.19€ (par photo).

Je suis énormément déçue de cette application !!! Je n’ai jamais eu de soucis et pendant les fêtes je voyais de nombreuses personnes qui ne recevaient pas leur photos ou bien leur photos arrivaient à d’autre adresses. J’ai donc décidé d’attendre avant de passer ma commande, pour être sûr que mes photos n’arrivent pas chez quelqu’un d’autre. Fin février, je passe commande, je ne reçoit PAS mes photos! Arrivé quelques jours après la date limite de la livraison, ils mes les renvoient… et je ne les ai toujours pas reçues non plus. Où sont mes photos ? Je ne le sait toujours pas. Mais c’était bien la dernière fois que je commandais chez eux.
