At FreeState we believe in centering care around your life and your schedule. With the FreeState app you can:

1. See a doctor on your phone for urgent or emergency issues.
2. Schedule online or in-person visits with your doctor.
3. See primary care providers or subspecialists
4. Text chat and video conference
5. Securely store all your medical information in one place, and share it with anyone you like.
6. Access discounted medications, lab work, and imaging tests
     - All ages welcome
     - No limit on the type of medical problems we can handle
     - Convenient physical clinic if needed
     - Be seen for as little as $25/day, or $50/month.

Now you can add blood pressure and heart rate readings directly into our app or sync your connected device with FreeState using HealthKit.  Doctors will set monitoring thresholds for your readings, and contact you in the event of your thresholds being exceeded.
