Sie wird dir mit einer Mischung aus geführten Entspannungsübungen, positiven Affirmationen, sanfter Musik und beruhigenden Visualisierungen helfen, dich zwischen den Wellen zu entspannen. Freya macht es dir leicht, den Überblick über deine Wellen zu behalten und du kannst jederzeit ein Protokoll ansehen, das dir zeigt, wie häufig deine Wellen kommen und wie lange sie dauern. Freya gibt dir auch Bescheid, wenn deine Wellen richtig losgehen und ein guter Zeitpunkt wäre, deine Hebamme zu kontaktieren. Mit Freya an deiner Seite wirst du nie allein gebären.

BEHALTE DEN ÜBERBLICK ÜBER DEINE WELLEN

Im Hypnobirthing nennen wir die Wehen Wellen, denn ‚Welle’ beschreibt das Gefühl während deiner Wellen genauer. Freya ist der EINZIGE Hypnobirthing-freundliche Wehen-Timer im App Store, und wurde speziell für Hypnobirthing-Mamas gestaltet, kann aber von allen verwendet werden. 

BEREITE DICH AUF DIE GEBURT VOR

Du kannst auch während deiner Schwangerschaft auf Freya setzen. Sie hilft dir, dich zu entspannen und auf die Geburt vorzubereiten. Je mehr du die geführten Entspannungen und positiven Affirmationen hörst, desto vertrauter und wirksamer werden sie für dich als Entspannungshilfe, wenn die Geburt bevorsteht. Es wurde nachgewiesen, dass positive Affirmationen die Art, wie dein Geist funktioniert, verändern. Wenn du sie regelmäßig hörst, helfen sie dir, dich in der Zeit vor der Geburt weniger angespannt und stattdessen vertrauensvoller zu fühlen.

The single star is for the mini audio guides, which provide some relief during contractions. However, the app is poorly designed and overly focused on decorative elements, which detracts from its primary purpose—tracking contractions effectively.

Additionally, the lack of a trial period (even 3 days would suffice) forces users to purchase it without fully understanding its functionality. The claim of family sharing is misleading; it doesn’t work as advertised. Attempts to reach support resulted in vague promises to escalate the issue to the developer, with no resolution or follow-up. Very disappointing experience overall.

Ich hatte die App erst bei meiner 2. Geburt entdeckt und genutzt. Sie hat mir geholfen, dass die Geburt (bis zur Öffnung des Muttermundes bei 5 cm) einfach mal kaum Schmerzen verursacht hat in der Anfangsphase. Die Atemübungen sind Gold wert und ich verstehe nicht, dass die Hebammen im Geburtsvorbereitungskurs und auch nicht im Krankenhaus (zumindest bei mir) einem diese Technik nicht zeigten. Die 2. Geburt war so viel entspannter dadurch.

I used this app to focus on breathing and relaxation during contractions. I’m not so good at meditation/mindfulness but this helped me focus so much and made my labour calm and bearable.
I love the melody and still listen to it now with my baby for relaxation. The surge timer and overview was so valuable as my labour progressed and allowed me to judge when to leave for the hospital. I highly recommend this app, 5 stars! *****
