I tried downloading this app because the browser wasn’t working. Same issue here in the app. It won’t let me log in and when I try to create an account it says I already have one. But still won’t let me log in so I can’t order anything

Can’t use rewards in checkout. They just say 0 off. Guess you didn’t really want anyone to have a free sandwich after all.

After updating app it requested I sign up. I signed up and all reward points are gone.

Stores can’t scan code in app to get points now and you can’t scan receipts. They make it hard on purpose to actually get rewards. Why waste the time updating an app that is no longer user friendly. Time to remove the app.

Our waitress was for Patrice !! she was great ! she was very knowledgeable about the menu , kind and a amazing server . The food was fast and excellent!! 5 stars will be back !!! also, I’m very excited about the mozzarella cheese sticks coming back!!!!!!!

This place needs lots of help.. the food is either over done or undercooked. You order online and the order is wrong our fry’s was undercooked the big boy sandwich was naked who orders a naked big boy🤦🏻‍♀️

The point of ordering through the app does NOT work if you can’t get what you want! I loved their grilled ham and cheese but you can’t order via the app for some reason. You also can’t substitute things via the app the way you can through the drive thru. If you want the melted bar cheese, you’re not getting it ordering through the app! If it is on your menu I should be able to order it!!!! Someone really needs to fix this app!

New app is missing rewards details & is not showing points earned on visit since app updated. App also missing contact info for help. Please fix!

With the new update where will the coupons and offers show up? I got them often up until this here update. Should at least have a tab for deals or offers.. Personally I liked the previous version
