Can’t get problems escalated" I don’t know if this is because 8x8 bought Fuze. My Fuze app does not receive calls fro my phone queue at work. My supervisor put in a ticket, and Fuze directed me to enter a problem on the app. So far nothing except Fuze telling us that it went to level 2 and now no one knows who we can contact for resolution. -- Cannot get support, 2025-08-21 ### *---- "Bad bad bad" This app is bad, dont let them fool you. Sometimes you completely miss the call because of the delay. It also is bad with sending notifications (even if it has permission). When you’re calling or answering, the call screen takes forever to pull up resulting in an awkward answering process. I used to have a Microsoft Teams phone extension for work and that was much better but my new company uses this for some reason.
