Extremely frustrating experience. I am unable to log into my FIFA Ticket App account. Every time I try, the app either gets stuck on an endless loading screen or displays a message saying I am already logged in on another device—which is not the case.

I have purchased tickets for four World Cup matches and currently have no way to access them. This is a major issue for paying customers, especially with such a significant event approaching.

I have tried multiple login attempts and still cannot access my account. Please fix this issue or provide a way to reset active sessions so I can view my tickets.

The app just freezes when I try to sign in. I got an email that mu tickets are available and they can only be viewed through the app. But I cannot sign in through the app. I have tried reinstalling several times. Still doesn’t work. FIFA needs to fix this before the World Cup begins. I don’t want the app to freeze while  showing my tickets to enter the stadium.
