Timetable takes forever to load...sometimes my child has to go to school without timetable

Getting stuck after logged in and. It able to make the payment of fee on time
Bus Transportation-Features
Although the app is good ,the transportation feature doesn’t show the Expected Time and Actual time of Arrival and Departure. Moreover ,it would be better for parents to track their children if the app also shows the scanned in time and out time. This feature was present earlier ..The picture of bus between school and home doesn’t show the live data.. would be better if this feature is available by connecting it to GPS and tracking live data…
Not up to date
Not so happy could be a reason apps not up to date. This apps either not up to date or friendly users. I’m spending more than 45 minutes just find option of upload parents photo.

The Attendance and Time table are not working it’s always something or other which doesn’t work please fix the same
App doesn’t work.
The bus tracking never happens. Genie can’t provide us with any information. The app is totally unnecessary, as it doesn’t give any information.

App not monitored by the school, too complicated and useless. The parents don’t have time for all this
