App not recommended, nag file ako ng LOA and nakuha konang gumaling dipadin confirmed ang status kahit mag pass nako ng lab test request ko. Nag reimbursement din ako and 3 days ng walang nag rereply sakin☠️ di nyo deserve ng 1 star nakakadiri kayo.
Can't sign in. It says no internet connection but my data is enabled and has access to internet. Come on this is just basic feature and yet you fail to do it right
Does not accept policy number and details during registration.
I am filing for reimbursement but as I was about to complete the form the app will suddenly close. Tried multiple time submitting all those docs needed still the app will just close without saving all the files I have submitted.
Hi, please fix your app. I'm trying to log in while my family members are registering, but none of us can receive the OTP.
Every time i tried to save my bank details for reimbursement i always get error message connection failed but i was able to sumit LOA.
The app shuts down when using the reimbursement function. It closes the moment you save the amount! Happened to me more than 20 times! frustrating!
Used this for a reimbursement and after 1 month without any action they just replied they reprocessed it under a new claim number which I don’t have any access of or status view of that said new claim number. Per their documents their turnaround time is only 14 days, but mine have been more than 1 month and nobody is replying on my follow up messages.
What is the problem? I tried many times to connect to the App but the error message keep saying that “cannot connect to server, make sure you have internet connection” even though i have a data connection. I also tried to connect my phone to wi-fi connection but it still the same error. Please fix this issue
