In order to get past the loading screen you have to close the app and reopen it once or twice. Then once it shows your balance there is no way to view the 16 digit card number. It is supposed to allow you to view the number when you tap on it, but nope.
Edit: I called customer support and figured out that you have to log out and log back in again to make the app work properly when this happens.
