Awful!
I can't start my booking, which is already underway! Support is not working, all documents were sent yesterday, the profile is verified and the booking is confirmed
Worst rental app
This app needs a lot to fix: - opportunity to add a second driver without contacting customer service - bugs with profile verification - fast access to the email and phone of customer service in case any road emergency occurs - fast answers from customer service (2 days guys is a lot) - opportunity to follow link exactly to the app, not to a website asking you to download app (even if it’s downloaded already)

Je suis vraiment dégoûtée de mon experience. On nous a accusé de fumer dans la voiture et nous facturé 30 euros de frais alors que la voiture était dans un état inadmissible avant le début de notre location. Le service client ne sert à rien
If you don't save the photo to your device, you may end up losing your money
I was fined for gasoline after one of my trips, despite providing a receipt for 35 euros showing that I refueled an hour after the start of the rental. The support team sent me someone else's photos, which were of different quality and colors compared to other photos. They claimed that the fuel tank was 90% full at the beginning of the rental, but it was only ~20%. Photos you add to the app at the beginning of the rental are not saved on the device. Make sure to take the photo again and save it on your device.

Just sorry
I do everything for registration, choose option of country issued my driving license (it was in the list) and only in few hours guys said me that he works only with licenses issued in EU. And what you check few hours? Why my country in the list?
