Don’t waste your money on this app
This is such a scam. You lie about your policies, your replies and reasoning for not reimbursing are vague and late. You don’t reply to calls or call back. The app doesn’t help either, I feel so deceived

Company not very reliable
The app works fine, but this company is not very reliable. I requested a liability insurance and one month later I’m not covered yet. It’s worth to find better alternatives.

Geht lieber zu bekannten Versicherung, Schadensfall wird nicht bearbeitet Monate lang nicht. Man bleibt auf allem sitzen. Es wird einfach abgelehnt. Richtige Versicherung kommen mit Gutachter. Hier kommt die KI DANKESCHÖN. Passt auf euch auf

Total easy, unkompliziert und sehr schnell
Nice interface, but the claims process is too hard and time-consuming.
The Getsafe app has a great design, but the claims process is far from straightforward. I filed a claim for a damaged TV, expecting it to be simple, but it turned into a frustrating experience with repeated questions and unnecessary complications. The claim was ultimately denied without clear communication, making the process feel unnecessarily cumbersome. While the app is easy to use, the insurance policy feels overly rigid and does not match the simplicity the app advertises.

App is working fine, average at all. People who is considering GetSafe, stay away from the company. My cat fell down from balcony and they said that it is my fault. I have to live in a closet. What is the point of having insurance, if we can predict everything, take all precautions. I will never be your customer again
Disappointing
I started my process to get my private health insurance with them in June. It’s November and still I didn’t get it. We had a few calls, filled out some paperwork. Then they told me they would get back to me in 2 months (end of September) with the answer of the insurance. Ever since, they’ve gone rogue. I’ve been texting them and there is absolutely no reply. Disappointing, to say the least.
