They cancelled my order after two hours of waiting and I’m extremely disappointed because of their unprofessional attitude.

I have tried so many times to sign up but I never receive an OTP. There is no way to order if I can’t register. Please kindly fix the app.

The app has improved a lot in a few months. It is good that the team is working on it. Would like to see multiple payment methods.

After install this app , it’s worst experience ever I had it, I ordered my things and start tracking, after an hour they himself showed delivered status but actually did not receive anything, I called them and get amazing reply he said sorry for that, actually our staff forgot to prepare your order so that’s why we showed it’s delivered. Now we preparing and sending it to you, after two hours I got my stuff . It’s my worst experience with gourmet .

Gourmet have its branch in Okara city but they are yet to provide delivery in city this is very bad.I’m like waiting for last 6 months but they haven’t add okara

Its a nice app before update but when the recent update came, this app become so worst and it always loading. So kindly fix this bugg
