Just log in and choose between Bodies in Motion, Total Body Sculpt, hand picked selections from Gilad's extensive collection of videos and other special features.

I love working out with Gilad. I started working out in the late 1990s when he was on TSN in Canada. 6 AM every morning except for the weekends. That really motivated me to work out consistently over the years with others after he was not on any more, The Caribbean workout took its place back then. Last year I downloadedSeason two In iTunes which was great to just do that as a warm-up for yoga. And good to see my old friend lol Now you are on my iPad and I’m very disappointed that I can’t download any episodes because quite often I am at locations in my work travels where there might not be Internet. Why would I pay $136 Canadian which I did when download the app and purchase your episodes on iTunes? Unfortunately I did not know that if I purchased the app I could not download anything so that is very frustrating and not good obviously. But overall I always enjoy the different workouts both the long and short. That’s why I gave 4 stars instead of 5.
