Easy to navigate and is gets updated regularly.

All of the staff and volunteers make it such a pleasure to donate!

The application seems to try and make donating easier but the process is a nightmare. For people that need to donate blood fir medical reasons, get a hospital track and don't waste your time.

Please update to be able to add appointments without full calendar access permission (add permission should only be necessary)

App demands full calendar access to add donation appointments. Will not accept ‘Add Events Only’. Very hostile user experience and unnecessary (likely for if a donor cancels an appointment, but still).

Loved the experience with this app from Canadian blood services! Booking, and rescheduling appointments are easy! You can also see your own donation stats which is great! The contact information for the centres is easy to find so that’s a plus! I love keeping up with my donation milestones!

More availability is needed in Salmon Arm & outlining communities such as Sorrento, chase etc. I would be in every 3 months or more for both blood and stem cell. Thanks

Very professional. I was treated like a king from beginning to completion. Process is safe comfortable and very efficient. A large and considerate staff, always making sure that I was feeling comfortable. After the blood is taken I was encouraged to test for fifteen minutes. While resting there is a table of snacks and juice. There is a nice feeling knowing I participated in an activity that will be of great value to others. I have signed up for another session.
