Had to take a parking ticket to enter and when I paid for my parking the manual way to leave, I was charged again by the app.. Wrote to the support for a refund but I was given a reply that if I “purchase and pay for a manual ticket, kindly ensure that you switch off the active vehicle in your GP app to avoid double charging in the future.” Numbnuts.. I had to take the ticket because the LPR didn’t work when I entered.. going to delete and withdraw all my money.. -- jceh83, 2026-01-17 ### *---- "Seriously, DO NOT deposit money! Only use it for first time free parking only then UNINSTALL" Thought it was great to have the app to save time and hassle going in and out Pavilion Bukit Jalil parking which we frequent. Got stuck at the exit twice so far. First time due to insufficient funds apparently, you have to have more than 20 ringgit before the boom gate would open for you. Messaged their support later for clarification but got a very brief and unhelpful response. Second time with unknown reason as my balance was definitely more than 20 at the time and it still failed. I don’t bother to find out nor use the app again. So, to withdraw my remaining balance, they charge 2 ringgit processing fee. Honest advice, just install and take advantage of their first free parking only while it’s still available. Then DO NOT USE IT AGAIN. DO NOT DEPOSIT MONEY! Can’t delete app when there is balance inside the account. Offer you an option for withdrawal but indicate maximum withdrawal limit is RM0.00. One day I came in Pavillion then the system couldn't detect my car plate , so I had no choice but to take the ticket . Upon exiting , I paid my ticket at the machine , but when I exit , the camera scanned my car plate and deducted my credit inside this lousy app, so meaning I've double paid for the parking. I'm so fed up with this apps I wanted to delete but there's a deposit inside, so I tried to do the refund, but again this apps had some error , so I reach out to the customer service, and a simple refund which they say may take 2-3 days, end up it takes me about more than 2 weeks and yet they haven't refund to me. Kinda disappointing that Pavillion such a branded mall use such lousy company to use a lousy app. If you're not ready to handle then don't launch your apps first . I attempted to enter the parking using the app system but was unable to gain access after trying two different entry gates. Eventually, I had no choice but to enter using a physical parking ticket. When exiting, I paid the parking fee in full using the ticket. However, the app still detected my vehicle number plate and automatically deducted the parking fee, resulting in double payment for the same parking session. This is clearly unfair. I have already contacted customer support and provided proof of payment, but have not received any response to date. This lack of support and accountability is very frustrating. I hope the team will take responsibility, improve system reliability, and respond promptly to customer issues like this. Great idea, but not a practical system. The focus seems to be only on the exit gate. Most of the time, the entry gate fails to recognise my car plate, forcing me to take a ticket and pay at the machine. However, at the exit gate, the system suddenly recognises my car plate perfectly and charges on app immediately, resulting in a double charge. When contacting them for a refund, WhatsApp gets no response, and email only replies that the case is “escalated”, with no outcome even after two weeks.
