Automatic charges on credit card when never agreed and app still reflects last manual payment date!!
I just found that my card continued being charged (about 200 USD/month for the last 3 months!!) for a service that I was renewing manually month by month Nd stopped isimg in August. App still reflects ‘next payment date: August 22nd’ yet now I see they automatically charged me on Aug 22, Sept 22 and Oct 22 (!!!). No notifications of this either and can’t even access the app now to check transactions or remove my credit card; it looks like hang-up. What a nightmare…. Be very careful with this app!!
Doesn’t work
Tried to use it for the first time to book a class at my studio. Unable to add any payment method to complete a payment - there is no dropdown list or any options shown to add your credit card details etc. Pointless. 0 stars.

Not able to view what I’m being asked to sign
The studio waiver doesn’t appear.
Calendar
My only issue is once added to my calendar, if I have to cancel my class it doesn’t remove it from my calendar. Small issue just super convenient. Thank you!
Easy to navigate
Would put 5 stars if my studio could come up with tagging your bike through the app, still wishing for that to happen. Anything else, it’s really good and easy to use. I like how you can see how many signed up for the class.

Wasn’t working, gym had to add credits
I used GloFox successfully for almost 5 months but then it stopped letting me sign up for any classes despite being a fully paid up member on autopay. I tried it on the app, on mobile browser, and on a laptop browser, uninstalled the app and reinstalled, but still couldn’t get it working. My gym went into my account and added credits for me & now I can sign up.
