## GlucoRX AiDEX Description
The GlucoRx AiDEX™ App can be used with the GlucoRx AiDEX™ Continuous Glucose Monitoring System. The GlucoRx AiDEX™ App allows you to monitor your glucose with your glucose with your phone. You can calibrate your glucose value 6 hours after your sensor warmup. You can use the GlucoRx AiDEX™ App to:
·         Check your glucose value ever 5 minutes, instead of a routine fingerstick. *
·         View your current glucose reading, trend arrow and history.
·         Add notes to track your food, insulin use, medicine, and exercise.
·         See glucose reports, including your Ambulatory Glucose Profile.
 
*Fingersticks are required if your glucose alarms and readings do not match symptoms.


The GlucoRx AiDEX™ Continuous Glucose Monitoring System (CGMS) is indicated for continuous or regular monitoring of glucose levels in subcutaneous tissue and is used for daily detection and self-management of blood glucose levels in people 14 years or older. It is intended for use by patients at home and in healthcare facilities. Interpretation of the GlucoRx AiDEX™ CGMS results should be based on the glucose trends and 2 several sequential readings over time. The GlucoRx AiDEX™ CGMS also aids in the detection of episodes of hyperglycaemia and hypoglycaemia. Measurements should not be used to make treatment adjustments, but rather as a reminder of when fingertip testing is required.

The sensor is held onto the body by the most inadequate adhesive gauze and mine has come off after little more than a week, rendering the entire kit unusable

this would be a great app if the app wouldn't disconnect continuously from the transmitter, also you can't check your glucose reading by tapping on history and then on the hours, as it will give you the average but if you want to see your reading a bit more in-depth or per hour, or even by the dip or spike you don't have the option. 
It is a good monitor, and easy to set up, but needs some serious development to improve some major flows when it comes to the app

First of the sensor is brilliant at telling me what my level is, the only major downside is that the app continuously disconnects from the transmitter which can be dangerous especially since I’ve had 2 hypos overnight and the damn thing disconnects from my phone causing the alarms to not work and then won’t wake me up because of this. Even with a replacement transmitter this has worked for one day and now I’m getting the damn transmitter signal lost. Sort this out

Seriously, what’s the point only allowing sharing to other users? We need share to our Doctors who won’t have a GlucoRX account. We need to be able to see a detailed history. Great product, not so great app

It’s not a bad app but I feel frustrated for it not having some very basic functions like a zoom. You can’t zoom a profile or a trend and therefore limits any proper exploration of your readings. Also, the create report functions does not work for me. It returns a ‘bad gateway’ message with no indication of what it means or how to troubleshoot. It’s okay for grossly looking the trend of your blood glucose but you are limited in getting more details - which is a shame as the data are there but the app if not configured to facilitate this. Please could you all work on a zoom and the report building function? Thanks!

The app doesn’t work on iwatch 5. Just a blank screen. 
The transmitter needs calibrating several times before an accurate reading can be got.

Downloaded the App, registered, confirmed my e mail address and password but the App won’t open.  Tried deleting it and downloaded it again but still not working. Going to cancel my order for the sensors now.

Some of the features in the app either work intermittently or not at all. The calibration function takes several attempts for it to work. Many times when I try to calibrate it says ‘CONNECT Failed’ or ‘Calibration Denied’. And I still haven’t been able to set my high glucose alert since downloading the app. It consistently says ‘CONNECT Failed’. I’ve logged out, rebooted, etc and it just won’t let me change the high glucose alert setting.
