Works as described -- Oddnott, 2022-12-08 ### *---- "Lock looks nice, but functionality is unreliable." The lock looks nice once installed and is fairly simple to install. If your lock case has a split plate (outside key and inside smart lock) then turning the keylock from the outside is not registerred by the lock. So the lock needs to be locked once again using the app or manual turning it from the inside. It appears that the majority of entrance doors in Scandinavia using a split plate lock cases as I couldn‘t find any standard ones in a shop (safety regulation and life saver if door is locked from the inside). The lock doesn’t automatically lock after door was opened/closed. Though it does send you warning (if enabled) when the door is open, but not when the door is unlocked.. The lock is connected to WiFi by a hub that also connects to the lock. I tested the lock the last 3 days and very often the status of the lock is unknown or incorrect. Especially when changing with the phone between home WiFi and 4G. The lock and hub status is monitored by the Glue office, which I felt is a big concern! Each user of the app is identified by an email address and/or phone number. The bluetooth function between phone and the lock appears to work without any issues, but seems to be problematic between hub and lock as data and status is inaccurate. There is no manual provided on the app and all of its features. Support seemed to be provided by one person only. Frankly speaking I cannot recommend this lock at this stage as it lacks functionality, reliability. -- Wolperdinger19, 2020-10-02 ### *---- "Better options out there" I had this lock for about 3 years and are still waiting for functionality that have been promised for a long time. There is no integration with google, IFTTT, Alexa or other smart home solutions. No status of lock (locked/unlocked). To bad as the build quality is good and installation simple. For now go with Danalock or similar same price but with all the integrations. Låsen bare spant rundt og rundt, iten å få tak. Hadde virket i månedsvis før det, så installasjonrn må ha vært korrekt. Ble innelåst. Hadde det vært brann, hadde det gått ille. Et flott produkt!! Men savner noen opsjoner. Noen forslag: 1. Mulighet til å endre rettigheter til gjest. Som å endre angitt tidspunkter for tilgang. Endre til uten utløpsdato etc. Pause tilgang og gjenåpne. Dette må kunne gjøres av Owner og key manager. Slipper da å sende ny invitasjon ved gjentagende besøk av samme gjest. 2. Appen må vise med feks farge, om lås er lukket eller åpen. Uansett om nøkkel er anvendt eller Glue app. 3. Bedre informasjon. Har feks gjest mulighet til å fjernåpne låsen i tildelt access periode? Ps. Bør antagelig ikke ha det. Har i ettertid via Glue Home support fått bekreftet at det kun er Owner og Key Manager som har access til å fjernåpne lås. Bra! Support gir super oppfølging!!! 4.
