The app crashes frequently, and is ironically a worse experience than the mobile site most of the time. This says a lot, since the site makes my browser refresh and crash more than it should. I was happy to find out that Gaia had an app and I could do customization on the go, but it’s NOT worth it. I can’t stress this enough. The app’s current state would be more “acceptable” if it actually received updates to fix the glaring issues it has. Changing species crashes the app, my closet is miserable to sort through, and it forgets I’m logged in on some pages. I will give props to the devs that the app LOOKS good. I can say that much. But it’s like how sweaty teenage boys cover themselves in cologne or spray instead of showering: you can cover it up a bit, but at the end of the day, the stink’s still there, and you just smell even stronger. I hope that this app eventually gets the updates it needs to actually be worth using.

I can access my account but that’s about it, when I try to post it shows a never ending captcha and the games aren’t really playable.

Can’t check marketplace, what’s the point

So I’m trying to sign up and it say I have to be thirteen but the game is 12+ and I’m 12 so I don’t understand so it’s kinda hard for me to give u guys a good rating

Both on iOS and Android attempting to post a reply to forums will lead to a captcha that will endlessly load and never allow you to actually post. For an app whose primary function is to more easily access a forum site its failing spectacularly. Great UI though.

Why are the GaiaOnline apps still just sitting in limbo? Please update them or let us Gaians what’s going on with them please and thank you

I’m logged into my account on the app but they do not have a place where I can update my active email and password so I cannot for the life of me remember my password or my password for my old email and the secondary email I was using is now deactivated due to inactivity. - what can I do?

Bro I can’t even get past the sign up page, when I enter my birthday it tells me I need to be at least 14. I was born in 2005? When I struggled past that for 15 minutes it then just said “unknown error” so… it looks cute but I can’t even get into the game :/
